The Feral Funders, a group of friends who raise money for animal rescues, will hold their annual “Wigs and Muumuus” fundraiser Saturday, Oct. 17, from 1 to 4:30 p.m. at AJ’s Corner in Chatham, organizers Dana Ball and Amy Kusha said on WTAX’s Morning Newswatch, per Capitol City Now.

Kusha said the group helps any animal in need, not just cats, and had just helped a donkey rescue at Roaring Lion Ranch. Capitol City Now’s story links to event details.
